THE ACADEMY OF THE FLOURISHING OF HUMAN POTENTIAL, APPLIED TO MANAGEMENT, LEADERSHIP, AND MENTORING.

High-level leadership training, which aims at a human direction, focused on the internal place from where each Being relates to the other, either from limitation or potentiality.

This academy offers the opportunity to discover that place that the Being can occupy and from which it is possible to create bonds from consciousness and love, generating trust and freedom in people with elevated possibilities of influence. Everything integrated from the essence of an individual who awakens and connects with their Being is inevitably transmitted to all the people with whom they come into contact.

It is the essence of the bonds which transforms teams.  

This approach involves calibrating people with high potential for influence and reference so that, from awareness and comprehensive intelligence as tools, they can develop the ability to approach, manage, and transmit to individuals, groups, and organisations.

THE CENTRAL THEME OF THIS ACADEMY:

Knowing how to bond, confront, listen, interact, talk, give orders, motivate… and, above all, be aware of the composition of the field where many people work or live together. The consideration of the psycho-emotional, energetic, and spiritual factors of the groups of people sharing the same space, work project, or company.

THE APPROACH, ACCORDING TO THE ALVERTO ACADEMY, IS THE ART OF INNER MASTERY, IN WHICH AN INDIVIDUAL CREATES THE CONDITIONS THROUGH THE CONSCIOUS USE OF LANGUAGE FOR THE AWAKENING OF MASTERY TO OCCUR IN OTHERS.

EVERY LEADER CAN TRANSMIT MASTERY:

By creating the situations for it to happen spontaneously.

What does it mean to transmit mastery? It is not precisely to enthuse, motivate, encourage, or incentivise; it is much more than all these together. It is to be inspiring so that the best of other human beings can come to light spontaneously, without forcing or having to stimulate, but giving the place and the opportunity for it to happen naturally.

To apply it in the development that each student has, in their personal, work and professional life, integrating it in the core of Being. To be transporters of the essential without interfering, overriding, or blocking others. The objective is to inspire others to the awakening of their wisdom, the discovery of their Being, and the use of their power based on the integration of values and authority. From recognition, the potential of the other is accessed with respect to limitations so as to transcend them.

CONFRONTATION TO THE LIMITATIONS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN OVERCOME.

Limitations, very hidden and not yet overcome in influential people, making it impossible for them to bring out the best and deepest part of their Being, are confronted and approached, from an intelligent language, so that they dissolve, and realisation of the most valuable gifts and talents becomes possible.

Comprehensive intelligence is presented as a new concept that clears the way for access to the multiple and unknown possibilities beyond limitations. Joining “intelligence” (as a pure state of the brain that considers multiple possibilities) with “comprehension” as a balanced and centred inner state that values the individual makes for an impactful presence.

TECHNIQUES AND TOOLS USED IN THE ACADEMY:

  • We will work deeply with and through Language as a tool and an algorithm of Consciousness to access the unconscious instructions that block and limit. The Exegesis of Language, what is really in the background of what is being said. Calibration of language for its use in approach, management, and transmission. The three phases of interaction with others.
  • The Voice as Being, beyond what is said, the voice as the Energy that is emitted from the Place where we are located. Consciousness of oneself and presence in spacetime in relation to the environment.
  • Confrontation of the model of communication, transaction and bonding of each student, with the objective of relocating in a new, spacious, and elevated place from where to direct oneself to others.
  • Meditation, breathing, centring, study, and public speaking techniques.

The training meetings of the ALBERTO ACADEMY aim at anyone who wants to get in touch with others in a constructive and enriching way, open up to and work with others; this happens from the Internal place where we are located.

THE APPROACH AS A CATALYTIC VISIT. 

To approach is to know how to enter the depths to touch the core of the Being without causing collateral damage. It is the art of entering without invading, of igniting the inner light without leaving traces. To approach is to become a catalytic element, with the ability to plunge into the depths to activate the outcome of a transformation and then disappear without leaving a trace; to approach is to allow that which is manifested to be realised without external interference.

In 2021 we have started a new training cycle, a new way of APPROACHING, both individually, professionally, and socially to be up to the challenge of what the future offers us from the evolution of events.
