WHERE WAS THE HIT ON CONSCIOUSNESS BORN?:
The idea came up when I was in jail for a time. While my fellow prisoners planned different hits to execute, when I got out of jail it occurred to me to use my time, experience and intelligence to plan a hit myself. But I came up with the idea of carrying out a real hit on consciousness. In those days my own consciousness had awakened and the first thing I saw is that there are millions of people who want to wake up. This means that most people are asleep. Awakening means to stop self-created suffering, to stop looking the other way and to confront the situations that we are living, to stop escaping what happens to us, to stop resisting the fact that we can realise what we are and the power we have, to stop being anything but ourselves. Awakening is opening the heart to life, to love and to compassion.
For others to awaken they need a hit. Not to their heads, but rather to their consciousness and to stop sleeping from an awakened consciousness; and many hits to the door of the heart, so that they open up to feeling from a heart that is open. That is why I have founded the Conscious School. To create conditions that support the awakening of consciousness and the opening of the heart.
But later, when I was acquitted and got out of prison, once I started getting organised I realised that to execute this plan I needed a lot of people. I started alone, then Paula Carmona, my partner, joined me, and now the more than 130 people who accompany me and collaborate “are not enough” in order to continue this great global hit. We are offering a programme of activities based on Inner Evolution that has characteristics that works wonders. That is why we are making an international call to people who want to join us. Training and integration are required that are consistent with the depth of our proposal. That is why we have created the Conscious School, where we train people who will be part of the team.
WE HEAD INTO OUR FIFTH YEAR OF BUSINESS WITH A UNIQUE PLAN.
We started with Ayahuasca and now we handle more than 10 types of natural substances (Bufo Alvarius, Kambo, Iboga, San Pedro, Rapé, Ambil, Mapacho, Sananga, Jurema, Wilka, Chichaja …) But we also master many psycho-therapeutic techniques. We provide medical and psychological advice. We offer guidance in making decisions so that life becomes a place worthy of being enjoyed. We are aware that there are many and very complex human problems and for those we have developed a highly engineered method for human transformation. The tools we use are many and very powerful. Therefore, people who are totally dedicated and determined to learn in-depth are required to be able to surrender in a way that allows them to flourish and thrive.

Our training programmes at the European School of Ayahuasca and the Conscious School have prepared and exported more than 100 facilitators and therapists around the world. In a time range of 6 months to 2 years, a great skill is acquired in the handling of the tools that we have chosen for the awakening of consciousness and the opening of the heart. We rely on a team of teachers that would be very difficult to find in the most renowned universities. They are people who have transformed their lives from the depths of themselves. People who have been in the Amazon rain-forest for long periods. People who master the use of ancestral medicinal plants and who have known how to take what they have learned to their lives. We consider it of vital importance to have solid leaders that clearly show the power of what works in themselves. PROFESSIONAL TRAINING + PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS + WORK POSSIBILITIES
Behind companies and organisations are always the people who have created them, who sustain them and make them grow. To the extent that we dedicate ourselves more and better to each person, having a significant impact on the development of our activity and on the quality of life of those who participate in the project.
Our human resources department is the key to our expansion, since it is the nexus between possibility and reality. Its main function is to integrate each person into the organisation through a process. 99% of members of our organisation are people who have participated in our retreats, and who have suggesting collaborating with us as a result of being surprised by the satisfaction they have got from our proposal. Many of them still do not know that we will need to incorporate more people, and many others who have never attended our retreats or workshops still do not know the effectiveness of our method. Because of that, we want to extend an invitation to you, so that many more people can know our proposal to be able to use it for themselves in several ways:
1-On a personal level (carrying out a process of inner evolution). Like any other personal improvement activity this will support you in your inner development and will expand the limits in which you move in life.
2-On a professional level (training at our schools). The students of our schools are aware that at each monthly training cycle they have a great opportunity to learn what can not be taught.

INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR VERY SPECIAL PEOPLE
We recognise that we are a bit strange, perhaps with nuances of misfits that have created our own internal system in order to be happy with what we do. It is true that we are all special, but some of us have a particularity that characterises us and enables us to be part of a team where highly complex tasks are carried out. We can affirm that the people in our team are “normal” as they live in family contexts, in their homes, have bank accounts, credit cards, social security, like almost any other person that is hired. But there is also something in them that has been awakened and they feel the need to express and share it. This is the case of the members of INNER MASTERY INTERNATIONAL. We want to tell you why we are making this international call and are giving you details of what we need from the new people that will be incorporated in 2018.
WE ARE THE WORLD LEADERS OF THERAPEUTIC AND SPIRITUAL ACTIVITIES
It is the first time that there has been an expansion of this level, coming to so many countries and in so many languages; integrating ancestral and natural entheogenic medicines with innovative psycho-therapeutic approaches. There is an international market of people who want to access spirituality without depending on a religion or a teacher. People who want to evolve from within without having to belong to any belief system; who want to heal their psycho-emotional wounds without being trapped in any technique or with any therapist; who want to experience ancestral medicines without having to give devotion to tradition. They want to see that what they are going to incorporate into their lives is already working in others. And there are more and more people like that. Therefore, to continue growing we need to incorporate all kinds of people who are dedicated to communication, writing, administration, translation, public relations, software development, and also therapeutic accompaniment with use of entheogenic natural substances, this being the distinctive aspect of our proposal at our inner evolution retreats.
PROCEDURE FOR CONTACTING INNER MASTERY INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES DEPENDING ON WHETHER YOU WANT TO COME AS AN APPLICANT OR AS A RETREAT PARTICIPANT:
1-TO COME AS AN APPLICANT You must write to [email protected] sending your CV, a photo and a summary of activities you have performed. And manifest if you want to opt for option A or B
A-Attend the free information meeting and make contact with the applicants. (In this case we would confirm by email the day and time of the meeting). This meeting is 18.00, Thursday February 8th at our home in Barcelona. After this meeting you can choose to stay to enjoy one or up to 3 days and nights of retreat. (In a room, if there is space, or in a common room) or you can leave at 22.00 when the meeting for the presentation of the company and meeting applicants ends.
B-Attend the meeting and one to three days and nights of an inner evolution retreat afterwards to see and experience our proposal and then decide if you want to be part of our organisation. (This option does not need confirmation of attendance by email to human resources). On Thursday, February 8, you will be given all the information about our recovery, training and integration, and specialisation programmes. Once the retreat is over, a meeting will be held with the managers of the company on a date to be determined in February with those interested in each collaboration option we offer, to jointly evaluate the different possibilities for each applicant.
DETAILS OF OPTION “B”: We invite you to experience 2 to 3 days and nights on retreat (with an exceptional 50% discount including compulsory attendance from 18.00 Thursday) from when you can stay 2-3 nights. On these days you can participate in an all activities (includes: lodging, meals and drinks, Ayahuasca session at night and psycho-therapeutic accompaniment.). Kambó or Bufo Alvarius or Yopo sessions are charged separately). This special retreat design is so that you can witness our work closely and receive information about our organisation. This call with the 50% discount is only for interested people who have complied with point 1 (explained above) as they intend to belong to the organisation, therefore, in addition to participating in the informative meeting at the start on Thursday, February 8, you can stay at the retreat that starts on the same day, Thursday 8th at 18:00 and finishing on Sunday 11th at 14.00.
