WE SUPPORT THE PEOPLE AND CHILDREN GOING THROUGH THIS PAINFUL MOMENT

One of our facilitators is in Mocoa delivering all the monetary contributions we gather.

If you want to participate in this campaign for raising money, you can send the amount of your preference to Laura Torrabadella’s account. She will send it to Francisco Esteban, who is in our hostel in Mocoa.

Laura Torrabadella is our legal advisor and member of the Inner Mastery and Ayahuasca International team. She is also one of the patrons of the INNER MASTERY INTERNATIONAL foundation, but because the foundation does not have an operational bank account yet, she has offered her personal account to save time. In this post she will notify the total amount of money raised and sent to Colombia.

It has been a tremendous blow to the heart of thousands of people; more than 200 dead and more than 200 disappeared due to a natural disaster. A mudslide came down from the mountain at dawn and wiped out several neighbourhoods while they slept.

We have received an SMS from Taita Fernando Jojoa, telling us the following: “Little brothers, a pain in our hearts, many people lost everything, material and family, I have cried in pain, I have pulled out an eight-month-old baby’s feet out of the mud, hoping he was alive, and when I saw him dead I have not held back anything at all…”

Taita Fernando Jojoa is also part of our team and is coordinating the distribution of donations with a truck.

Regrettably, Juan Males Jamioy, one of the Taitas who prepares Ayahuasca for us, has lost his house; his wife and two children are missing. We have offered him housing in our hostel (untouched because it is far from Mocoa) and besides taking him in and supporting him spiritually, we will help him rebuild his house with the money we raise. We have published a post from Taita Juan:

TAITA JUAN HAS SENT A PHOTO AND A MESSAGE

If anyone knows about these two children, they are my son, Juan David Males, and my daughter, Yeimi Jhoana Males. Please call 3208041160.

In our next journey from April 11 to 22, travellers taking ayahuasca in our hostel will also collaborate in the search and rescue of people. Those who want to join us can contact Silvia Muci:
