THOSE WHO DISPARAGE, SLANDER; COMMENT OR CRITICISE ARE ENTIRELY RIGHT.
There is no conflict because others are right, but there is great relief and infinite happiness when we renounce being right.
Bla bla, bla bla, bla bla… words and words, expressions and sayings, publications and comments, complaints and reports, articles and books… verbal communication is the norm within the human species. What are we trying to say with so many words? The net is not enough to publish everything the human wants to express; behind all that we communicate, the hidden intention of wanting to be right and of affirming ourselves is manifested. Even science is plagued by these kind of individualistic intentions, hosted in scientists that need to prove something they believe, and doing it through “scientific reports” that they elaborate in such a methodical and professional way, hiding their intention behind de supposed objectivity of science. Deep down, most scientists want to prove something they believe is right and so they need proof. Therefore, all proof they obtain are in some way manipulated by their undercurrent intention.
Am I questioning and relativising science? Not just that, I am calling into question everything that is said and writ. I want to delve into the intentions of being right, going beyond what is expressed. We will go into the backroom of being right and the fact that we humans are rational beings. The undercurrent intention that guides my words in this post is the breakdown of reason to prepare a path to encounter the irrationality of mystery.
UNDERSTANDING THE INNER NATURE OF REASON
In a process of inner evolution, in which consciousness starts to awaken, we can realise the illusion of objectivity. It is tremendously disappointing for most people to realise that whatever we consider “the truth” for ourselves, is really a lie to others. We humans want to make a partial and individual true a universal TRUTH. The bad news is that my truth is not true, that your truth is not true. This hurts, right? No, for me it is a lie, because it does not hurt me.
The reasons one has cannot be transferred to others, it is a private and non-transferable property. It is one’s own creation based on oneself and for oneself.
The word REASON comes from the latin word RATIO, which means to calculate. When one has reasons, it is because the conclusions reached have been very well calculated, making them coherent with what we believe and think. “Reasoning” is reflecting to create some thought about something or someone. According the dictionary, it is the basis for judging. Evidence demands a verdict, but what we call “evidence” is only really evident for whoever perceives it as such. But as it seems so clear, there is a desire for others to see it the same way.
“Being right” means considering only one’s own perceptions and appreciations to reach a conclusion. Stubbornness is mental blindness, a synonym of being right. It is like not wanting to see other points of view, becoming absorbed by one’s own beliefs or reached conclusions.
It requires a lot of effort to reach “being right”, it requires plenty of arguments and intellectuality; and it is very exhausting to then keep “being right” because the mind is very jealous of reason itself. To “stay right” eloquence and perseverance are needed. For me it is a great relief to release it, and accept that others are right, especially if it comes to accusing me. I cannot and want not waste energy on defending myself or attacking those who attack me because I respect other’s reasons, because everyone is entitled to select their own ideas to reach the conclusions they need. Everything is relative, even “being right”; there is no objectivity in it, only subjectivity, like looking in one direction while denying all others. “Being right” inevitably leads to stubbornness, which is the extremism that rises from reason and in which hatred or anger guide the produced actions.
It is true that the attacks and threats against me continue, against some of the leaders of this movement that I am part of and the organisation I have founded in which we use Ayahuasca (among other entheogens) as a psychotherapeutic healing and inner evolution tool, and not as a sacred plant or a ceremonial centre of any cultural, traditional, ancestral or religious group.
The causes I have interpreted for these attacks are very diverse, sometimes I think it is because we detached from the past to access new and original options for inner exploration. At times I feel that those who attack us would like to be a part of this organisation, but do not know how to say so. Another times, based on something a Peruvian shaman told me, because I am Argentinean. And I have also been influenced by other very intelligent people who assure me it is just a matter of interests, or better put, a matter of money and market dominance. Finally… there are many interpretations. They are all my reasons, not yours. They are my possible truths, but they are not the truth.
Many ethnic leaders, indigenous representatives or chiefs of some shamanic groups want to go even further, trying to prove many accusations against me by repeating them over and over like parrots; they do it through affirmation posts and widespread distribution of statements created by themselves (even scientists who have fallen in the subjectivity trap) imbued by uncontested data that are unable to be reliably proved by tests. They treat me as a presumed culprit, but they cannot take me to court or condemn me, they can only accuse, just throw rocks; even then, if we look inside them we can appreciate that they are undeniably COMPLETELY RIGHT. Simply because they say it and write it, if they think it then they have reasons for it. That is how communication works for many people: “If it is said on TV or published in Facebook it must be true”. In this sense, social networks, in which anything can be published and adepts for everything can be found, there are people who use this power to attack or try to destroy others based on their own REASONING. Social networks are a manifestation of what happens to us in a personal level, “IF I THINK IT AND BELIEVE IT, THEN I AM COMPLETELY RIGHT.”
How will I deny that others are completely right, if each of them has some reason? Each human being has his/her own ideas and ideologies, interests and zeal to protect them. Everyone has his or her own interpretation of what is heard or seen. Every person is free to reach conclusions about others based on their own scale of values; the other has reasons to say, opine, criticise or judge… What is the problem with this? It does not bother me at all, even if those opinions try to slander or judge me. I understand that they say it for some or many reasons, and it is not coincidental or whimsical.
Sometimes it happens, that being conflicted with me produces satisfaction, gives protagonism, or even an amount of power. Other times, slandering is like making a liberating confession for those who do it. At other times it is because they defend a cause and do not allow questioning; and in other cases there are people who chose the path of verbal catharsis to flush out so much rage or aggressiveness in them, throwing accusations can be a healing act for those who are full of inner rejection, resentment or hate that they have not been able to express at the right time. Projecting that destructive energy outside is like wanting to dissipate it among the many others that are outside. When there is a great temperature inside, it must be transferred outside. Whatever reason for wanting to be right and however it is expressed, it belongs to each and every one of us and is part of the process of one’s evolution.
A concrete example from my own life: they say I am a scammer, but it does not need proving, it is so obvious, I acknowledge that in a sense I am to all who disagree with what I say and write, to all those who cannot make me say what they want me to, even if they threaten me. A scam is an objectively provable crime, but as a subjective affirmation that emerges from a disqualification for emotional, religious, philosophical or ideological reasons, it is obvious that such accusation is reduced to just another insult. Every baseless and unproven complaint comes from an internal wound of those who make it. It is to be comprehended.
Another example: they say Darwin Grajales wants to abuse children, like he turned into a sexual predator; it seems like one day this endearing Colombian singer said he wanted to make love with children, men and older people. He clarified himself, that “making love” was not having sex, but having the experience of giving and receiving love with all people, children and seniors, not erotic love, but sentimental, based on acceptance and gratitude to others as they are. But, why does that affirmation want to be misunderstood? There are thousands of us who know Darwin and we know very well what he said, and more importantly what he does, and it has nothing to do with sexual abuse. We do not need to defend him, just affirm once more that those who read it that way do so for an inherent reason in themselves.
AYAHUASCA PEOPLE, YAGE PEOPLE, AND MASTER HEALERS ARE BEING QUESTIONED BY THEMSELVES. What is happening in people who drink ayahuasca constantly but do not change their destructive behaviours or stop criticising? Why so many referents in the world of ayahuasca, that have been taking this powerful medicine for decades, have not been able to heal their judgement, rage and resentment? Why has a group of 100 alleged scientists signed a letter assuring my dangerousness in the use of ayahuasca based on a document that comes from gossip? What is happening to so many people that the worst of themselves comes out in acts that question their own reason?
To all of them I ADMIT THEY ARE COMPLETELY RIGHT, BECAUSE THE REASONS ARE THEIRS, I DO NOT WISH TO TAKE WHAT IS NOT MINE
IN THIS ACT OF ADMITTING THAT SO MANY SLANDERERS AND PEOPLE WHO NEED TO SPREAD THEIR REASONS ARE CORRECT, I AM NOT SAYING THAT WHAY THEY SAY IS TRUE, BUT THAT WHAT THEY AFFIRM IS “THEIR” TRUTH, CREATED ESPECIALLY FOR THEM, FOR WHAT THEY WANT TO PROVE TO THEMSELVES.
I am sorry to break this news, that objectivity exists only in those awakened or enlightened beings that access the objective consciousness, but the rest of us mortals are pure subjectivity, even this I write comes from my subjectivity, evidently aimed at disrupting the subjectivity of those who are obsessed with being completely right.
