WHAT TYPE OF LEADERS RUN ORGANISATIONS, GOVERNMENTS, AND COMPANIES?

It is time to question and look differently at the meaning of leadership, to recalibrate ourselves towards a human leadership style aligned with the evolution of each individual.

TO LEAD IS NOT TO DOMINATE ONE’S OWN EMOTIONS OR THOSE OF OTHERS

A leader does not need to dominate anything, much less emotions. Our current era requires a different focus on leadership.

Until now, it seemed as though to be a leader was to know how to navigate the emotional world of the people that one is leading, but it has been proven that dominion over emotions is not enough for true leadership. The word “dominion” does not correspond to the lexicon of leadership. In this case we can go deeper into the words MANAGEMENT and FLOW, as a process in which one accepts situations that arise with calmness and maturity; or the words INTELLIGENCE and OPENNESS, which represent the consideration of everything that emerges in the form of signs or information to be integrated into the participants of each communicative act, transaction, or exchange. Other words such as EVOLUTION, COMPREHENSION, CONSIDERATION, LISTENING, RECOGNITION, POWER, AUTHORITY, AND LOVE are the ones that I use as part of my approach with leaders that want to position themselves as both more elevated and with greater depth. From this place they can influence people who are faced with an irreconcilable world and exceptional circumstances in a creative, original, and positive way.

TO LEAD IS TO POSITION ONESELF WITHIN THE HEARTS OF OTHERS.

ENow is not the time to impose or oblige anything or anyone, to coerce will, or to stimulate submission. These strategies of pseudo-motivation correspond to a human approach that expired a long time ago–even though the majority of us have not yet realised it–that has superfluously incentivised people to produce more efficiently, but has only served to enrich the few and exploit the many. It is time to initiate a new path of leadership, in which the authentic quality of BEING LEADERS of the future is recognised, and a new chapter of training and refinement is begun. The discovery that this idea resonates within you is a byproduct of the consciousness that is clearly indicating that you can occupy a true and worthy place among others, to treat them in the way that human beings want to be treated.

The idea that to be a leader is to control, to dominate, or to convince corresponds to a type of leadership that still has not grasped or assimilated the kind that is approaching, the one that all of humanity desperately needs. Directors of small companies and presidents of nations all believe that leadership is something that is outwardly developed towards others, as if it were a manipulative and charismatic act. This is because they have yet to comprehend that it is an internal process of profound connection with oneself, in which the capacity to spontaneously motivate and enthuse others is born through the power and purity of the Being.

APPROACH, MANAGE, AND TRANSMIT are more than words; they are processes of leadership where the moment to go within and turn towards others has arrived.

The footprint without a trace

The encounter between Rumi and his master, whose name is certainly not appropriate to pronounce because every true master knows he is not.
Rumi the disciple. Disciple means openness to the divine. The word “master” is only a symbol that indicates an appearance of someone. Someone who knows he is not. Like many stories of masters and disciples, they are stories of pure love. This is a very particular story held in high esteem in Sufi circles.
