THE 14 ORIGINAL PREMISES OF THE INNER EVOLUTION METHOD

TRANSFORMATION FROM WITHIN OPENS UP AN EXTRAORDINARY FIELD OF NEW POSSIBILITIES

Never before have mystical, philosophical, and psychological schools been brought together to extract the essence of the spiritual search of the human being. Meditate on each of them, take a few seconds on each premise before moving on to the next. If you want to go deeper, there is a document about each one of them.
  1. DO NOT SEARCH OUTSIDE Because no method, technique, or teacher can do anything to transform you.
  2. DO NOT FIX THE LIVES OF OTHERS Because if you solve something for others from the outside you will invalidate their potentiality.
  3. YOU DO NOT NEED AN EXTERNAL MASTER FOREVER Because when the inner mastery is awakened, the trust and love that is already in you is born.
  4. DO NOT SET OUT TO ACHIEVE OBJECTIVES Because if you aim for goals you would be demanding, distracted, and outside of yourself.
  5. DO NOT GAIN MORE KNOWLEDGE Because not knowing is the purity that recovers your innate power and essential wisdom.
  6. DO NOT WISH TO ATTRACT OR SEDUCE Because the purpose of human evolution is to free you from masters and to conquer yourself.
  7. DO NOT BURDEN YOURSELF WITH THE PAST AND TRADITIONS Because healing comes with the enchantment of the newborn, by leaving everything behind.
  8. DO NOT CHANGE OR IMPROVE ANYTHING OR ANYONE Because dissatisfaction with what you are and with what comes to you is a way of rejection.
  9. DO NOT DEFINE ANYTHING AS COMPLICATED OR DIFFICULT Because sacrifice is an unnecessary effort that disconnects you from dignity.
  10. DO NOT FORCE YOURSELF TO DO ANYTHING Because if you force yourself to comply or obey you will create pressure, guilt, judgement, and punishment.
  11. DO NOT HAVE EXPECTATIONS Because by waiting for something in the future you awaken desires that come from the fear of love.
  12. DON’T DEFEND OR ATTACK Because to be happy and give your best you don’t have to agree or disagree, be for or against.
  13. DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU ARE NOT ASKED Because by giving what is not asked of you, you are conditioning and manipulating others.
  14. DO NOT CREATE ANY DEPENDENCY Because without freedom it is not possible to flow, love, trust, and flourish.
Created by Alberto José Varela, founder of the Conscious School. These premises are not to be fulfilled but to be integrated into the lives of individuals who comprehend them through their own consciousness. The students of Alverto’s schools are in a process of understanding and integrating each of these premises, which are not considered rules or dogmas, but simple indications that are offered, explained, and expanded during the trainings. When several of these premises are integrated and activated in a person’s consciousness, they function effectively in the way of viewing and deciding. The premises can be defined and summarised in three concepts: 1. Let go of manipulation. Flow. 2. Let go of control. Liberate. 3. Let go of dominating. Trust. When we place ourselves in that internal place of DISIDENTIFICATION, the magic of miracles begin to happen in our lives.

The footprint without a trace

The encounter between Rumi and his master, whose name is certainly not appropriate to pronounce because every true master knows he is not.
Rumi the disciple. Disciple means openness to the divine. The word “master” is only a symbol that indicates an appearance of someone. Someone who knows he is not. Like many stories of masters and disciples, they are stories of pure love. This is a very particular story held in high esteem in Sufi circles.
